RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Return the item in perfect condition with the label and in its original packaging accompanied by the Invoice. All returns must be clearly labelled as “returned goods” in the package.
They can be returned within 7 working days of receipt provided. We suggest using a shipping service with a tracking number.
Upon reception and validation of returned items in perfect condition, Pispiripispo will go ahead with the new shipment and process the agreed refund within 15 days, using the same payment method.
Cost of returning goods assumed by the customer, except in case of special agreement with Pispiripispo. If it is an exchange, new shipping will not be charged to the customer. No additional duties will be refunded.
Customers are responsible for the returned product(s) until receipt by Pispiripispo. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or have a manufacturing failure. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Pispiripispo will determine if the costs of returned faulty items are assumed by the brand.
If the parcel is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 24 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact the courier company. Please do not accept any packages that are damaged or show signs of having been opened. Make a claim to the carrier and send us a copy of the claim.
Items discounted, in promotion or end of the series, will not be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges of the same item and size will be made according to availability. In case no replacement is available, customers can choose between receiving a voucher for the item amount or a refund using the same payment method.
We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
